Omoniyi Ogundare

Omoniyi Ogundare is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of professional experience in project finance, accounting, taxation, and business management. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), with a proven track record in financial reporting, audit analytics, stock management, and corporate governance.

Omoniyi began his career at Globacom Nigeria Ltd, where he gained extensive experience as an Accountant and Stock Controller, successfully implementing stock control systems that improved accuracy, minimized discrepancies, and enhanced overall efficiency. His expertise spans financial analysis, regulatory compliance, resource planning, and data-driven decision-making, supported by professional training in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), leadership, and marketing.

Holding B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics, along with an MBA in International Finance, Omoniyi brings strategic insight and technical excellence to Goldvip Auto Leasing and Rental Services, where he develops innovative leasing investment and finance solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and long-term value creation.

Jibril Aminu

Lease Investment & Project Finance Consultant

Jibril Aminu is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of specialized experience in project finance, accounting, taxation, and strategic business management. An Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Jibril has a proven track record in financial reporting, audit analytics, forensic tax audit, and structured lease investment finance.

His expertise spans financial modelling, investment appraisal, lease portfolio structuring, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and capital optimization. He applies data-driven decision-making, cash flow forecasting, asset-backed financing strategies, and IFRS 16-compliant lease accounting to deliver measurable value to clients and investors.

Jibril holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano, and an M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, combining strong academic foundations with extensive professional experience. At Goldvip Auto Leasing and Rental Services, he advises on the profitability, viability, and feasibility of lease finance contracts, develops innovative leasing investment and structured finance solutions, and implements portfolio risk mitigation strategies that optimize costs, enhance investor returns, and strengthen market position.

Taiwo GRillo

Senior Executive, Head of HR and Administration

Taiwo  Grillo brings over 15 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, administration, and business operations, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Lagos State University and began her career at Shina Teluwo & Co (Chartered Accountants), building a strong foundation in audit, taxation, and corporate finance, before expanding into enterprise business process restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management—skills that now underpin her leadership at Goldvip.

Her career spans transportation, logistics, and conglomerate operations, including key roles at European Soaps and Detergents Ltd, where she successfully managed fleet lease administration, vehicle leasing, vendor invoice processing, and mileage trip analytics reconciliation. She is recognized for optimizing fleet utilization, streamlining administrative systems, and driving operational excellence across large-scale operations.

Taiwo leverages expertise in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to ensure Goldvip’s HR, administration, and fleet management systems are efficient, people-centered, and technologically advanced.

She is an Associate of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), reflecting her commitment to professional growth and leadership excellence. By bridging traditional administrative management with digital innovation, she strengthens Goldvip’s ability to deliver seamless, scalable, and customer-focused solutions in auto leasing, fleet optimization, and logistics support services.

Ajibola Akintola

Senior Executive, Head of Finance and Technical Operations

Ajibola Akintola is a seasoned Forensic Chartered Accountant and Certified Tax Practitioner with over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning financial services, oil and gas, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, IT/tech, logistics, security solutions, journey management, and VIP transport administration. His expertise covers forensic accounting, auditing, ERP integration, financial analytics, fleet and leasing finance, and contract structuring—positioning him as a strategic leader who blends financial acumen with operational excellence.

At Goldvip, Ajibola serves as Senior Executive and Head of Finance and Technical Operations, with responsibilities including lease finance investment appraisal and analytics, business case analysis, and contract evaluations. His career highlights include working with Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and, more extensively, with G4S Security Solutions UK Plc (Nigeria Office) as Country Director of Finance. In these roles, he successfully appraised, evaluated, and finalized large-scale vehicle leasing contracts and execution with vendors such as C & I Leasing Plc and Avis Rent-A-Car System, LLC, among others. These achievements underscore his ability to deliver innovative, high-value solutions for corporate and high-net-worth clients.

Ajibola holds a Master’s in International Business Management with Business Analysis and Digital Innovation (Manchester Metropolitan University, UK), a Master’s in Accounting (University of Lagos), and a Bachelor’s in Accounting (Lagos State University). He is a Fellow of ICAN, an Associate of CITN, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (UK). A PhD scholar in Forensic Accounting and Audit with Data Analytics, his research focuses on leveraging digital forensics to combat financial crime, with particular emphasis on the FinTech, leasing, and transport logistics sectors. His work underscores a strong commitment to innovation, governance, and the integration of technology into modern financial and operational ecosystems .
